Project Assistant at Street Souk

Description

• We are looking for a Project Assistant to support our Project Managers in planning and executing Street Souk projects and events.
• You'll help keep teams organised, timelines on track and deliverables moving from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners.
• Track project timelines, tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with project documentation, reports and follow-ups.
• Support event planning, logistics and on-ground execution.
• Help identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, events or a related role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
