Project Assistant at ReelFruit

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to facilitate program and donor grants data analysis in collaboration with the Program teams.
• Assist the line manager to optimize the business processes to ensure data integrity across.
• Assist the line manager in the execution of the value chain development activities.
• Assist the line manager in the project framework for continuous monitoring and evaluation reporting.
• Work with the project team to support project planning, implementation, preparing project reports and other project-related documents.
• Provide administrative support to the project team.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, or a related field in a donor reporting function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (complex data structures and applications).
• Proven ability to prioritize, work in a team and independently, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to interact effectively with departments across the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated interest in international development and a passion for working in the field.
