• The Project and Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, delivery, and closure of customer projects, as well as the effective delivery of ongoing IT services and support.
• The role serves as the primary operational coordination point between customers, project teams, technical teams, vendors, sales, and management, ensuring that projects and services are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to agreed quality and service standards.
• The role is responsible for establishing strong delivery governance, monitoring project and service performance, managing risks and escalations, coordinating resources, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with SLAs, contracts, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate teams and resources, including technical teams, vendors, OEMs, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customers and escalations, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, risks, and costs, providing regular project/service reports and taking corrective actions where required.
• Drive continuous improvement, including service optimization, process improvement, project closure, documentation, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Project Management Certification.
• Over 2 years experience in Project management
