Project and Proposal Support Officer at XII Energy and Resources Limited

Requirements

• Provision of hands-on assistance to the Project and Proposal Manager.
• Conduct background research on proposal opportunities.
• Assist in collection and analysis of information necessary for innovative and responsive proposals the organization has decided to pursue.
• As assigned, serve as primary proposal writer, drafting, editing, and ensuring final production of competitive proposal for submission
• Recording minutes during project meetings
• Maintain project calendar and milestones.
• Keeping tracks of every ongoing and prospective projects data.
• Trouble shooting and communication of problems to the project manager upon notice.
• Provision of ICT assistance in the office and on the field.
• Maintaining quality reviews and control checks into the project schedule.
• Keeping update of project schedules, budgets, records and project documents.
• Maintaining close contact with clients in absence of Project Manager.
• Management of all projects paper works.
• Provision of other Business Development Activities.
• Field engineering experience is an advantage.
