Project and Partnership Intern at Lead For Good Africa

Role Description

• This is an internship hybrid role for a Partnership Officer based in Lagos, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
• The Partnership Officer will identify and establish collaborations with individuals, organizations, and corporates to support the mission of Lead For Good Africa.
• Key tasks include building and maintaining strategic partnerships, fostering strong communication, organizing and managing projects, and facilitating partnership-related administrative processes. The Partnership Officer will contribute to initiatives that align with the organization's goals of empowering communities and accelerating sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in building Partnerships and developing Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience with Project Management and effective Organization Skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the strategic vision of the organization.
• Passion for social impact, youth empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives.
• Previous experience in partnership management, non-profit, or social enterprise sectors is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Communications, or related fields is beneficial.
