Programs Manager at The IREDE Foundation

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of programs and projects.
• Coordinate program activities, time lines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Maintain program trackers, work plans, and implementation schedules.
• Prepare program reports, updates, and presentations.
• Identify program gaps, risks, and challenges and recommend solutions.
• Track action points and follow up on program deliverables.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc/M.Sc. in Project Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in program coordination, project management, community development, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Nonprofit, development, or social impact experience is an added advantage.
