Programme Managers must be experienced in formulating and monitoring interconnected programmes, deciding suitable strategies, coordinating cross-project activities, leading and evaluating team members, and managing deadlines, risks, and resources.
Programme Managers will have a significant level of autonomy to grow specific aspects of the group, acting as 'General Managers' and paid as ‘Junior Partners’ of their respective Strategic Business Unit. A Master’s degree with a minimum of ten years experience in managing consultancy programmes in Nigeria or UK is required. Candidates with five years or more may be considered as Programme Associates.
