Program Manager Intern at Wale University

• As a Program Manager Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Wale Lab programs and initiatives.
• This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership, coordination, innovation, education, and organizational growth. You will gain hands-on experience managing real projects and collaborating with teams across different initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating programs, trainings, webinars, fellowships, and innovation initiatives
• Support communication and follow-up with mentors, participants, speakers, and partners
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
• Help organize documentation, reports, meeting notes, and program resources
• Assist in monitoring participant engagement and program progress
• Support outreach, onboarding, and coordination activities across various initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving operations and impact

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration tools
