Professional Driver at Tope Adebayo LLP

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Transport C-Level Executives and VIP guests via assigned or available vehicle.
• Safely transporting staff as well as various packages and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly informing the firm of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the pool vehicle is always parked in areas that permits parking to avoid towing.
• Keeping the assigned vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the pool vehicle’s use, when and where.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately.
• Providing a personable but discreet atmosphere for all passengers.
• Dispatch of urgent mails.
• Run specific errands and perform such other related tasks as may be required by members of the Management Team.

Requirements

• OND / HND in any related field.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant driving experience in a professional environment
• Clean driving record.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
