Job Summary:

• We are seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Driver to provide safe, punctual, and confidential transportation for executives and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, discretion, and a strong customer service mindset, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives, employees, and guests to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations as directed.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and well-functioning company vehicle always.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrival while avoiding delays due to traffic or roadworks.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, etc.) and arrange scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
• Always provide professional and courteous service, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding business matters, clients, and internal affairs.
• Assist executives with carrying luggage or documents when needed.
• Run company-related errands (e.g., bank, courier) as required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate, executive, or chauffeur driver.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable appearance and grooming standards.
• Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends or holidays.
• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting luggage or packages if necessary.
• Knowledge of basic car maintenance is an advantage.
