Productivity Manager

Job Summary:
- Grow and retain active Financial Advisors to at least 80% performance.
- Collaborate with Agency Business Managers in recruiting FAs.
- Drive unit renewals with FAs and report unit issues to BM.
- Prepare weekly performance/activity reports.
- Mentor and build strong teams.
- Support BM to generate workforce for FAs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- NYSC discharge certificate.
- Insurance experience is an added advantage.
