Productivity Manager at Tangerine Africa

Job Summary:

• Grow and retain active Financial Advisors to at least 80% performance.
• Collaborate with Agency Business Managers in recruiting FAs.
• Drive unit renewals with FAs and report unit issues to BM.
• Prepare weekly performance/activity reports.
• Mentor and build strong teams.
• Support BM to generate workforce for FAs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• NYSC discharge certificate.
• Insurance experience is an added advantage.
