Job Description

• Grow and retain unit active F.As to minimum of 80% performance.
• Collaborate with Agency Business Managers in recruitment of Financial Advisors.
• Drive all unit renewals in collaboration with FAS.
• Report all unit issues to Agency Business Manager
• Generate unit weekly performance and activities report for weekly submission to B.M.
• Mentorship and Team building.
• Collaborate with BM to generate worksite for Unit F.As.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree.
• NYSC discharge certificate.
• Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
