Productivity Manager at Tangerine Life

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain unit active F.As to a minimum of 80% performance.
• Collaborate with Agency Business Managers in the recruitment of Financial advisors
• Drive all unit renewals in collaboration with FAs.
• Report all unit issues to Agency Business Manager
•  Generate unit weekly performance and activities report for weekly submission to B.M
• Mentorship and Team building
• Collaborate with BM to generate a worksite for Unit F.As
