• Setting and monitoring sales objectives for sales team.

• Answering customer and sales team queries.

Productivity Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in Insurance, Banking, Asset Management firm in position of marketer not less than 5 years or Team lead not less than 2 years.
• Sales acumen.
• Solid understanding of financial industry policies and competitive products.
• Be able to provide mentorship.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
