Production & Workflow Personnel at RB Designs

Requirements:

• BSc, HND, OND in any discipline 
• Experience in Garment Production an advantage 
• High Intelligence Quotient 
• Good Communication Skill 
• Hardworking with high level of integrity 
• 2-5 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role

Quality Control and Workflow officer Duties and responsibilities

• The production Personnel receives the order plan and order from Management 
• The production Personnel coordinates with all the concerns so that clothing or textile production progresses as per plan.
• Ensure smooth workflow of job from one section of the factor to the other 
• He organizes pre-production meetings or pre-production activities to discuss related issues.
• He ensures to pursue the right works, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Receive material status against each order and will monitor the progress of material received.
• Receive an approved sample against the order sheet.
•  Ensures quality of job meet up with standard and approved samples 
• Provides job assignments to supervisors and other subordinates.
• Ensures that the floor, machinery, toilet, dining spaces is neat and clean
