Production Supervisor at Yetroselane Couture

Job Brief

Yetroselane is a female fashion brand that deals majorly in African print ready-to-wear pieces and Bespoke attires.

The target of this role is to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the different parts of the production process.
•  Managing the production schedule as it relates to customer orders or stock for our retail space.
• Monitoring and managing the quality control team and ensuring that customer orders and our retail store orders are produced and packaged in line with our quality standards.
•  Monitoring stock levels and quality of fabric, trim, and all materials required in the production process.
• Keeping production records and updating your manager as required.
• Monitoring the performance of the production team and conducting performance appraisals.
• Identifying gaps in the production process and the training needs of the production team.
•  Managing the welfare and safety of the production team, as well as ensuring discipline and productivity.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of National Diploma in a relevant field of study.

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction and production.
