Responsibilities
Assist in planning monthly and annual production target.
Weekly & Daily target/process planning and fulfilment
Managing all Packhouse activities.
Daily delegation and coordination of team and tasks.
Maintains workflow by monitoring and supervising every step of the process
Coordinating personnel and resources
Coordinating the production process, from beginning till upon completion
Perform monthly target analysis to influence buying.
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between subunit
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel to various tasks.
