Production Supervisor at Lomeedar Fresh

Job Summary

• The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• This role coordinates staff, manages workflow, and ensures all products meet Lo’meedarfresh standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily output targets.
• Ensure food processing time does not exceed established standards (e.g., 5 minutes per order).
• Monitor quality control and consistency across all product lines.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and clean.
• Oversee stock usage and minimize wastage.
• Train and coach production assistants and kitchen staff.
• Escalate operational challenges to the Operations Manager in real time.
• Maintain production records and submit daily reports.
• Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management.
• Able to Market and give information about the availability and benefits of different products to walk-in customers
• Create awareness of special offers & promotions, & Meal plans to walk-in customers

Requirements

• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
