Job description 

• We are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent with strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing, injection molding, and blow molding machines. This role oversees daily plant operations, ensuring production goals for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost are met. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, optimizing machine performance, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with maintenance and engineering to reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of injection molding and blow molding machines, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multi-shift operations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
