Production Solutions & Lubricants Manager at Forte Upstream Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Design and optimize production chemical programmes.
• Lead and develop field engineers and chemists.
• Drive full utilization of installed blending capacity.
• Support customers through technical diagnostics and field trials.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure profitable project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in production chemicals, oilfield services, or industrial lubricants.
• Strong knowledge of production chemistry, asset integrity, and production optimization.
• Proven business development and key account management experience.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen backed by technical expertise.
