We are looking for an innovative Production/Research Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the research and development of new natural chemical products, scaling them from experimental to full production. You will also oversee the quality and safety of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the research and development of new natural chemical products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
• Scale up product development from laboratory to manufacturing scales, ensuring smooth transitions between stages.

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize day-to-day activities and reduce production costs.
• Enforce compliance with the company's food and chemical safety policies, ensuring products meet all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the safe use and regular maintenance of production equipment.
• Check production output to verify it meets established specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of research, production processes, and safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting product development and manufacturing issues, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and regulations to improve product development and safety practices.
