Production Planner at Spiro

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans, schedules, and inventory management to meet customer demand and production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, sales) to ensure alignment and efficient production processes.
• Analyse production data, identify trends, and optimize production planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and coordinate material requirements planning (MRP), including procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement production planning processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and report on production performance metrics, such as production volume, lead time, and inventory levels.
• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory management, and supply chain management.
• Experience with production planning software (e.g., ERP, MRP, APS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Electric Vehicle manufacturing processes and industry trends is a plus.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 5 years work experience
