Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Production: Manage the production process for tablet formulations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Formulation & Compounding: Lead the development, formulation, and compounding of solid dosage forms.
• GMP Compliance: Ensure all production activities meet stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: A degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Production Pharmacist, specifically with solid dosage (tablet) production.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in formulation and compounding, with deep knowledge of GMP standards.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
