Oversee the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure product specifications are met
Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
Manage and motivate production staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience as a supervisor in Injection molding plant.
Should have hands-on experience in Process setting of Injection molding machines - Milacron, Haitai, Jon Vai.
Should have good experience to handle a large workforce.
Should be able to do mold changes and start up the machine.
Should have knowledge on mechanical and electrical repairs of the Injection molding machines.
