Production Manager at Iron Products Industries Limited

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Manage production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and other resources.
• Work closely with QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
• Monitor production costs and minimize waste, rework, and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Investigate production challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regular production performance reports.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop production personnel.
• Ensure good housekeeping and discipline within the production environment.
