Production Manager at Halogen Group

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production, optimal resource utilization, and delivery of quality products in line with organizational targets. The role also ensures compliance with Nigerian regulatory standards, health and safety requirements, and cost control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production to meet output targets.
• Supervise and manage production staff.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production planning and quality control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
