Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Line Team Leader to oversee and optimize production operations within our Production Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating a production team to achieve daily production targets.
Ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Training and developing team members to enhance performance.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shift leader in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with production machinery and equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
