Production Lead at FMR AGENCY

Job Description

• The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire daily production process, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
• The role also includes product formulation, quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC), and regulatory liaison duties.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in the production of home and personal care cleaning products and report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all daily production activities
• Ensure consistent adherence to production standards and established formulations
• Formulate both new and existing products for home and personal care use
• Manage QA/QC processes to maintain product quality and compliance
• Serve as the liaison with NAFDAC and SON on product certifications and compliance
• Maintain accurate production records and generate timely reports
• Monitor raw material usage and production efficiency
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance in the production area

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc./HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering

Experience & Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the production of cleaning products for home and personal care
• Proven experience in product formulation (both new and existing)
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements from NAFDAC, SON, and related agencies
• Ability to handle production seamlessly from start to finish
• Good report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Certification in QA/QC or product formulation is an added advantage

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday. Annual Leave/Allowance, Annual Bonus included.
