Key Responsibilities
Would be responsible for timely & accurate data reporting for all the areas of production and maintenance.
Do detailed study on feasibility in terms of reports, formats, output and efforts that will go in carrying out the activity.
Prepare reports as per agreed formats and share with plant manager at agreed frequency.
Must understand the data being worked on to do analysis and highlight any area of concern.
Standardizing various reports with similar data shared across all areas of work.
Add value in doing analysis, bring in ideas for improvement, and highlight outliers through MIS & reports.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to meet presentations.
Sharing the production / maintenance trend details, on a weekly & Monthly basis & highlighting outliers.
Maintain trend & data tracking of volumes.
Ensure Volume and Quality Standards as specified by Management.
Requirements
Excellent working knowledge of computers and MS office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,
Good analytical skills.
Accuracy in publishing numbers and data.
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
Ability to handle high work volumes and multi-tasking, good grasping power.
Flexible in handling other operational entries / functions.
