Production Executive at Oaklands & Johnson Limited

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing production till the end of the project.
• Ability to multi task on multiple projects.
• Recommend process improvement to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Must be able to drive production from the start till the end.
• Must be able to follow up with the delivery of finished goods to clients.
• Keeps tracks/records of all jobs done ( processes & cost of operation) for reference purpose.
• Keeps update with current market prices of materials for print operations
• Ability to contract out jobs to credible vendors.

Requirements (Skills and Qualifications)

• Minimum of a degree.
• Excellent Graphic knowledge is a good advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years experience of incentive production and branding.
• Ability to speak and write fluently and accurately.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Self motivation, stamina, flexibility and ability to adapt.
• Confience, enthusiasm, energetic and determination.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
