Production Engineer at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor production processes, injection molding, extrusion, blow molding.
• Analyze production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Adjust machine settings temperature, pressure, cycle time for optimal output.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on the production floor.
• Participate in process development and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: HND/BSc in Mechanical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years working on an injection molding machine or plastic machine.
• Must have proven experience as a production engineer (mandatory).
• Oversee the operation of plastic processing machines.
• Supervise machine operators and technicians.
• Ensuring machine runs well, products are of good quality and production is fast and cost-effective.
• Ensure production targets are met on time.
