Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily operations on the production floor. The role involves assisting machine operators, handling materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• The ideal candidate will be hardworking, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of packaging materials.
• Operate production equipment under supervision.
• Inspect and sort products for quality before packaging.
• Help with labeling, packing, and stacking finished goods.
• Support stock movement between production and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or equipment issues.
• Provide support to the production supervisor with daily tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and workplace safety.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when necessary.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, and a safety-first mindset.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
