We are a fast-growing eCommerce company in Nigeria. We are seeking a dedicated Product Sourcing/Procurement Assistant to help us source quality products, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure smooth delivery to our warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research products and suppliers on Alibaba, 1688, and other platforms to meet company needs.
• Research products and suppliers in Nigerian (Lagos) markets
• Negotiate favorable terms, including pricing and delivery timelines, with suppliers.
• Request and evaluate product samples to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate shipment to our warehouses.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, purchase orders, and product details.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
• Build strong relationships with reliable suppliers while safeguarding company confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in product sourcing or procurement.
• Familiarity with Alibaba, 1688, or similar platforms.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international shipping processes and customs requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or procurement software.
