Product / Project Manager at SignalADoc Limited

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product/Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our ongoing project.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, project management, and leadership.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects to deliver products on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product/project-related inquiries.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve product and project management processes.
• Implement best practices and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product management and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience in Healthcare industry
• Familiarity with product development tools and techniques.
• Experience working in a remote environment
