Job Description

• We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product/Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site position to oversee the development and implementation of our digital learning products.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, project management, and a passion for educational technology.
• This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure our products meet user needs and drive educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user needs, market research, and business goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of services/products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and content to deliver high-quality services/products.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Prioritize product/service features and enhancements based on user needs and business impact.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Monitor product/service performance and user engagement, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product/service and project status, updates, and outcomes to the CEO and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of product development with the company’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in product development and project management within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of product management and project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile development processes and tools.
• Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the EdTech space.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital products.
