Job Summary

• As we invest more in dynamic visual content, we’re seeking a skilled Motion Graphics/Animation Artist who can bring ideas to life through animation and storytelling, making learning and brand communication more engaging.
• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Product/Project Management Associate to support the development, optimisation, and execution of Passnownow.com’s digital products and educational initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with the product, technology, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, effective coordination across departments, and continuous improvement of our platform and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing product development cycles and digital education projects.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct product research, collect user feedback, and participate in product improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, content, design, marketing) to support ongoing platform updates and product releases.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and performance insights for internal review.
• Support testing of new features, troubleshooting user issues, and recommending enhancements.
• Contribute to content organisation, user experience optimisation, and feature documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, edtech, or a related field (internship or NYSC experience included).
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, product tools, or agile workflows is an added advantage.

Preferred Competencies:

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Interest in education, edtech, or digital learning solutions.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
