• Extensive experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to develop impactful messaging and positioning, grounded in direct market experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into customer-friendly content.
• Practical experience with customer interviews, surveys, and field activations.
