We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong execution mindset - someone who can lead launches, drive cross-functional GTM plans, and deliver measurable results across all our products and marketing initiatives.
This is not a traditional PMM role.
You’ll act as a launch owner and project driver, working across teams to bring products, promos, features, and campaigns to life. Your mission is to turn strategy into action and results.
You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, Lifecycle, Content, Analytics and other teams to execute best-in-class go-to-market plans that are fast, focused, and customer-driven.
This role also expects hands-on usage of AI tools to improve speed, personalization, analysis, and creative execution across all marketing workstreams.
Requirements
Own and execute GTM strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, special campaigns, and promos
Translate business and product goals into clear execution plans with defined messaging, audience, and channels
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and lead timelines, approvals, and delivery to launch
Partner with Brand, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to localize messaging and content across channels
Develop product positioning and value propositions tailored to customer segments and use cases
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) to enhance planning, content generation, A/B testing, performance reviews, and creative brainstorming
Track performance of each launch - define success metrics, analyze results, and optimize future playbooks
Create and maintain GTM templates, launch dashboards, and feedback loops with product and marketing leads
Support the CMO with execution of high-priority marketing projects across the business
What you bring:
4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM strategy, or campaign execution - preferably in fintech, tech, or digital-first industries
Track record of launching and scaling products or campaigns with measurable results
Strong project management skills; able to drive execution across multiple teams
Hands-on experience or clear comfort using AI tools in daily work (e.g., writing briefs, summarizing results, generating creative, automating tasks)
