Product Manager at Trusoft Limited

Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:

• The ARCA Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and growth, conduct market research to identify opportunities and generate product requirements, lead the development and execution of innovative financial products and solutions, determining specifications, production timelines, pricing, and integrated plans for product launches.
• Additionally, the Product Manager will develop effective marketing strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet market needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with the company’s strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision & Strategy

• Gain a deep understanding of ARCA’s product requirements and from that create the long-term vision and strategy for the Company’s products
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners 
• Conduct user experience research to identify and specify market requirements for current and future products.
• Analyse product, market, and customer risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Market Analysis

• Determine ARCA’s customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
• Obtains ARCA product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies
