Product Manager at Money in Minutes

• The ideal candidate will work with the Product team to Manage the lifecycle of specific product lines, from ideation through launch and iteration. Coordinates across development, marketing, customer support, and compliance to ensure each product meets customer needs, aligns with business goals, and maintains high performance and quality standards. You will make key decisions for product features and enhancements and serves as the voice of the customer within the development team.

Job Responsibilities:

Define Product Features and Priorities:

• Translate customer and business needs into product features and enhancements.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities.

Execute Product Vision with Development Teams:

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and testers to build high-impact features.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.

Ensure Products Meet Customer Needs and Quality Standards:

• Incorporate customer feedback into ongoing iterations.
• Test product outcomes against business goals and customer experience expectations.

Write Clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation to guide development and QA.
• Ensure stories are testable, well-scoped, and aligned with sprint capacity.

Monitor Product Performance and Engagement:

• Use analytics to track feature usage and customer interaction.
• Identify gaps in engagement or performance and initiate corrective action.

Support Go-To-Market Activities:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on product messaging and rollouts.
• Train internal stakeholders and ensure product materials are updated and accessible.

Qualifications:

Education:

• bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in Product Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in the Fintech, BPO, SaaS, or debt recovery industry Experience in managing product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
