Product Manager - FX, Treasury, and Banking solutions at Multigate Payments Limited

• Multigate seeks a Senior Product Manager who will play a crucial role in leading the development and enhancement of our Treasury Management Solutions (incl. Multi-bank connectivity, SWIFT for Corporates, Trade Finance, and Open-Banking). This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for our treasury management solutions, which includes multi-bank connectivity, SWIFT for Corporates, Trade Finance, and Open-Banking.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives and enhancements.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, user acceptance testing, and post-launch performance tracking.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, and partners, to gather feedback and requirements.
• Act as the primary product ambassador, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and updates.

Regulatory and Compliance Management:

• Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards in various jurisdictions.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes in the multi-bank connectivity, SWIFT for Corporates, Trade Finance, and Open-Banking related sector and assess their impact on product strategy.

Financial Analysis and Management:

• Develop pricing strategies and business models that drive product profitability and market competitiveness.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve financial targets.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.

Required Skills

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on financial service
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and delivering market-leading solutions.
• Deep understanding of treasury management and open banking.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
• Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies relevant to financial services.
• Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
