As the Product Manager for our dating app, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to create a compelling product that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear vision for the dating app and create a strategic roadmap to achieve it.
Feature Prioritization: Identify and prioritize features based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve the product.
Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the app and drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or consumer technology.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Passion for user-centered design and understanding of UI/UX principles.
