About the job

• Our ideal candidate is an experienced Product Development Manager (PDM) who will independently and collaboratively work with top Management to develop new and marketable products for the real estate space.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of professionals to provide tailor-made service to clients
• Actively coordinate response to inquiries
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the teams’ productivity
• Conduct market research
• Closely monitor and analyze industry trends and developments
• Identify new opportunities to develop products
• Manage the technical development of products, processes, and standards
• Establish best practices throughout the lifecycle of projects
• Interface with stakeholders on all levels for project execution and customer satisfaction
• Generate product requirements, determine specifications, design, and pricing, and develop marketing strategies
• Periodically assess the viability of products, improve on existing products and ensure that they continue to meet the client’s needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
• Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills
