Product Manager at DigiFame

Job Description

• A product manager is responsible for developing products in a company. Basically, a product manager is capable of creating a strategy behind a product and overseeing the launch of that product from start to the very end.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support operational leads (Finops / Compliance / CS) in their roadmaps to support and grow our products.
• Gather requirements and synthesize them into concise PRDs.
• Collect, analyze, maintain and disseminate product data and information to stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Work with large data sets to understand performance, optimize features, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes.
• Be a champion of analyzing user feedback and actioning solutions for our products.
• Perform deep dives into specific parts of the product or into defects and share learning with the rest of the team.
• Own our localization program and its implementation across all of our properties.
• Support the wider product team in the product process

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in product market research
• Testing skills (BAT, UAT)
• Documentation (PRD, BRD, FRD)
• Good communication skills
• Managerial skills(Managing products)
• Cross-functional team management
• Collaboration with UI/UX devs.

Added advantage:

• Experience in managing blockchain products
• Experience managing products from the idea stage to launch
• Experience scaling products
• Experience with technical documentation (e.g white paper)
• Blockchain experience/ managing blockchain products.
