Product Manager at Codix Pharma Limited

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio marketing strategies
• Prepare brand Market Research briefs for usage & attitude studies/Brand tracks or other customized research
•  Carry out market /field visits to oversee implementation of marketing activities
• Lead Product Management team
• Prepare creative/media plan briefs for the brand and coordinate & evaluate lead implementation with the advertising agency for brand support
• Collect, analyze and report on data and make adjustments to Product business plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product launch
• ⁠Actively drive new product introduction to augment the Brand presence and increase revenue for the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology
• Minimum of 5 years cognate work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills.
