Product Manager at ChamsAccess Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at ChamsAccess.
• The ideal candidate should have strong product leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of owning and scaling digital products.
• This candidate should have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, data-driven solutions from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
• Align product direction with company objectives and market opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities through user research, market analysis, and data insights
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize initiatives using data, impact analysis, and strategic alignment
• Continuously assess initiatives, products and features in order to identify areas for growth and expansion.
• Analyze competitive landscape and customers to provide data-driven recommendations on new and existing products.
• Conduct extensive research using relevant methodology to identify numerous opportunities and determine which products/features customers will be willing to pay for.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of developing, owning and scaling successful digital products
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to lead and work across cross-functional teams
