Product Manager, APIs and Checkout at Duplo

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Define and build Duplo’s API and SDK products including Checkout, Wallets APIs, Collect APIs, Mass Payout APIs
• Create, maintain and communicate product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Provide Developers with a smooth experience on Test mode (Developer sandbox) helping them embed our payment APIs.
• Curate the Developer’s home page and API documentation.
• Onboard and manage relationships with Developers.
• Work closely with other Product Team to deliver API products that Developers want.       

Job Requirements
Technical & Professional Requirements:

• A Degree in Computer Science / Math / Science related field or Software Engineering experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Both passion for and experience shipping tools for Developers. 
• Experience working on large scale platforms or infrastructure. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems 
• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration.
