Formulating, planning, and designing drug, home and personal care products from concept to finish.
Making improvement and modification to current processes.
Performing chemical experiments with the aim of testing various products and substances to draw conclusions in terms of product viability and replicability.
Recommend product modifications and process improvements.
Ensuring conformance to regulatory requirements applied in personal care products such as cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletry.
Using design models to develop manufacturing processes.
Examine production samples visually or manually to verify properties such as clarity cleanliness, consistency humidity and texture.
Partnering with Supply Chain to provide technical support to drive quality and value improvement in products and process.
Educational Requirements/Experience
BSc. Biological & Physical Sciences.
5 Years ‘minimum experience on Practical research, factory, or laboratory work operations.
