Product Development Manager (UI/UX & Product Designer) at Boothark

• As we scale, we are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Manager who will also serve as our UI/UX Designer and Lead Product Innovator. This is role is responsible for product research, user behavior analysis, market research, competitive innovations, UI/UX design, and end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research & Strategy

• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and pain points.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance product features and functionality.
• Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business goals.

UI/UX Design & User Experience

• Take full ownership of Boothark’s UI/UX design, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Translate research findings into UI/UX improvements by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and improve the user journey.
• Ensure intuitive navigation, engaging interactions, and an overall smooth user flow.

Product Development & Execution

• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, performance data, and technological advancements.
• Implement best practices for Agile development and oversee sprints to ensure timely feature releases.

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor industry trends, competitor platforms, and consumer expectations to ensure Boothark remains competitive.
• Identify gaps in the market and translate findings into innovative app features.
• Assess competitors’ strategies and implement best practices to enhance Boothark’s market position.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between business strategy, design, and development teams.
• Clearly communicate product plans, updates, and progress to stakeholders, including executives and developers.
• Gather insights from users and business teams to drive well-rounded product decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, UI/UX design, and product development.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, user research, and problem-solving approaches.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and UI/UX best practices.
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product improvements.
• Ability to work independently as a one-person squad, taking ownership of the entire product development process.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field.
