Product Designer at Vale Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile products
• Own end-to-end design process for Business Banking and Loan products
• Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn ideas into user-friendly designs
• Conduct user research and competitive Ul analysis
• Ensure designs comply with CBN guidelines and
• NDPR data privacy standards

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Design or related field (Al/design certifications are a plus)
• 3-5 years' experience as a Product Designer (Fintech experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other design tools
• Familiarity with using AI tools for wireframing and prototyping
• Excellent design storytelling, user research, and problem-solving skills
• Creative, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong ownership
